3. The hotel was fairly near Old Town, just a quick Trolley ride away but it is located in a very inconvenient location when trying to access the downtown or other districts of the city.

The pool closed too early, the restaurant was extremely overpriced, the staff was not at all knowledgeable about the area or their own services, the rooms were extremely outdated, there was no elevator, the ice and vending machines are difficult to get to and the shuttle service offered by the hotel to area attractions was non-existent or extremely inconvenient.
