1. The small restaurant was perfectly adequate for breakfast (we never sampled the evening meal but the menu looked ok) Some reviewers have commented on the hotel's poor location.

4. The staff were friendly but we received poor advice from the Concierge one day (either because he was busy or he just didn`t know and tried to guess the answer) which was annoying however other staff members went out of their way to try and sort out the resulting issue with transport.

Service was also very poor: loud neighbors were ignored by management (made worse with paper thin walls), had to wait for 20 minutes to get my key when checking in, and we got no help with the internet - which turned out to just be spotty, but if you are going to charge for it, how about some service? The decor is ugly, the TV was old and broken, there was a giant roach at our door in the morning, we had to pay for the most basic things and didn't get good service even then (e.
