1. when we walked in to the hotel, it was like a time warp,it was tatty old furniture we were totally shocked, we had travelled from England we asked where the beach was and were told it was 6 miles away, outside the hotel is a motorway worse than the m25, our son and my mum were coming over to stay there with us but we checked out while they were flying over met them at san diago airport and took them to the hilton hotel which is lively we recommend it , it cost us a lot more money but it was worth the money, what it says about the handlery in the brochures is a lie, there is nothing nice about it at all it was expensive you dont mind if you have nice surroundings, we were the only people sitting in the socalled bar the hotel was so empty the bar was closed at 10pm, am struggling to even rate it one i dont know why they call it a resort there is a small room with a small treadmill in it, i had to take the blanket of my bed as it was covered in what looked like dry chocolate it was disgusting, that should have been changed between customers,we have made a complaint and want our money back, it was so terrible we never let our son and my mum see it they would not have been happy we went for a walk and the nearest shop is 20 minutes walk away we do not want people to go there and be unhappy like we were.

7. Don`t know how it compares against other hotels in the area, but I did not like that they charged for parking, internet, and to attend the Sunday pool party? Food was gourmet, but expensive.
