7. It then took the hotel staff 5 hours of messing us about to get us moved to another room - how can a hotel not know what rooms it has available or will be coming available that day??Most of the staff, with the exception of the Bell-hop & the woman who runs the shop are genuinely unhelpful - especially if you have a problem.
