1. They switched us to an 8th floor room, which had the weird smell of whatever 'natural products' they use to clean up after the pets, and also happened to be overlooking the pool, where a party was being held.

9. One weird thing was that they wouldn`t let us smoke over by the firepits (against the edge of the building) but we could smoke at the bar, where all the other people were sitting.

10. Eventually they did find us a key, but isn`t it weird to not have enough keys?The room was very nicely appointed, bed comfy, nice decor, windows that open, high-end ammenities, etc.
