The staff was helpful and friendly besides the front desk guy who was determined to make us publicly

Only downside was that Jose in particular really didn't want to do any more than the bare minimum for us when asked to, which was a
shame
as it tainted our view of the hotel.

The staff in the entire hotel are very young and it seems there is no manager to run the whole thing which is a real
shame
as it is a lovely hotel.

the Solomar was no treat, in the first few minutes of arriving i could tell the desk team were not organized.
