1. If you are looking for a quiet room, let the front desk know it when you check in (that was our mistake) as the other side of the hotel is quieter.

I reserved the room months in advace and they still messed up on our attached room to the connecting suite we had to call down all morning to ask when it would be ready they had to put us in another room down the hall since they rented our room out by mistake, then they kicked us out of our cabana that we were in first.
