1. I called down, and within five minutes a staff member came up with keys for a new room who took one whiff, confirmed my dislike about the odor, and apologized for the inconvenience.

9. The rooms are nice, but as couple posters have said, no dressers and that is slightly inconvenient if you have a longer stay as we did - 5 nights.
