For being a littl
worn
, the room was really clean with one exception, the ceiling fan is caked with dirt.

The carpet was
worn
and dirty, the bathroom outdated, and the furniture (couch, chairs) were uncomfortable and seemed to come from a garage sale.

The floors creaked, paper thin walls, the wall finishes were a bit
worn
, no forced air heat/AC, ceiling fans and radiators, doors that didn't fit quite well, and a bathroom in need of a renovation.

Carpets are
worn
and look dirty - not even like most hotels where the carpet is a busy design to avoid looking filthy.

The reviewers who complained about the gently
worn
but character-filled apartments in the Park Manor have obviously never even seen a pre-war Manhattan apartment or wouldn`t recognize its charms if they had.

The bathroom looked old and
worn
and the kitchen was not much better, but the towels were oversized and quite plush.
