1. If you are a ghost hunter (this place appears to ooze with spirits), do not mind that the lack of air conditioning (we found it non-necessary surprisingly), like a 1930-40's atmosphere, and want to be within walking distance of Balboa Park and Hillcrest (a tad further but walkable), then Inn at the Park is for you.

2. I never experienced a lack of internet accessibility, but I did hear other guests who were staying on higher floors complaining about low signal strength and lack of connections.

7. The room looked dirty, perhaps from lack of upkeep, but strangely the wastepaper basket in the bedroon was never emptied during our three night stay.
