1. I was tired and annoyed so I went back to my room, and on arrival back in my room, the phone rang, and it was Rob telling me that they were going to change our room in the morning and give us a room with a bigger kitchenette, as there were none available that evening.

2. An older place but all the facilities were in good working order but an annoying lack of powerpoints in the kitchenette.

3. Also - the fact that they`re constructing a huge new development on the backside of the Park Manor (I was here on June 13, 2006 for 2 nights and there`s still A LOT of work to be done on this new project) and begin at 7am every morning is VERY lound and most annoying.
