1. I never experienced a lack of internet accessibility, but I did hear other guests who were staying on higher floors complaining about low signal strength and lack of connections.

7. For those who stayed and then complained there was no air conditioning, you must not travel much to Southern California, because there are lots of hotels that are very good that do not have air conditioning, especially in San Diego.
