1. I was tired and annoyed so I went back to my room, and on arrival back in my room, the phone rang, and it was rob telling me that they were going to change our room in the morning and give us a room with a bigger kitchenette, as there were none available that evening.

2. I went to reception and spoke to rob who checked us in and said, that I booked a room with a kitchenette and he replied 'we are doing up the rooms and that the room we were in was a room with a kitchenette'.
