1. I thought it was extremely rude to deny guests a comfortable, private breakfast table when they were already enduring the mess of the re-model.

2. However, due to renovations, which we didn't know about because we didn't scrutinize the website, the place is in a mess right now, with sections blocked off, plastic hanging, no 'forgot it' amenities available and increased noise.
