1. The ceiling fan works well enough and it was never an issue the whole week we were there (and I`m a Canadian who struggles iniitally in humid heat.

4. There is no a/c (we knew that in advance) but it was not an issue at all.

5. Normally I would not address an issue like this since, to me, it is a moot point: Hillcrest is apparently a gay community.
