4. ) I called and the manager told me they had charged me the wrong room rate by accident, a rate almost triple my online rate and they could not do anything about it until I checked out and it would correct itself.

6. I feel so sorry for all the guests they overbooked and had to send away, I feel sorry for the guests with small children who had to wait in the bar while their room was re-cleaned, and I feel sorry for the guests we barged in on, in their room, when we were given the wrong key.

7. Then at 2am it sounded like someone was trying to get into our room, the door was locked and it didn`t sound like their card was working, probably a drunk finding the wrong room?.
