1. Slight downsides though: the pool is heavily used by children, so it might get crowded and loud.

3. We had a door between our room and the next which is a problem when your neighbors are loud, which ours were and we are talking morning.

5. Called the front desk and unfortunatly 'Fransico' informed me he can have me move 10 floors up, and to the back ot the hotel to 'get some quieter sleep time' Now the folks in the rooms surrounding me have woken up and have decided to just stay awake and watch movies and converse loudly about the poor choice of the hotel management to hire cheaper contractors (in the middle of the night) oh, and forget the fact that guests pay for rooms for a peaceful night of sleep.

7. The location of the Omni worked for us since we know our way around San Antonio, and we actually liked the fact that it is away from the Riverwalk which tends to get crowded and loud in the evenings.

8. Most distressing was that the room had adjoining doors and Saturday afternoon while resting before dinner, one of the neighbors had a loud adult male who opened their connecting door and pushed and rattled on ours shouting about wanting the adjoining room.

9. The bathroom door creaked loud like those scary haunted houses that it was hard to be quiet when the 6, 4 and 11 month old were trying to sleep.
