1. The wireless network doesn't work about half of the time, the work out room is sweltering, the running map from the front desk is a tour of local parking lots, the outdoor pool is dirty, the rooms are poorly lit.

4. We asked for another room, which she gave us with no fight and it ended up on the same floor as the couple we were traveling with why did not we get that room to begin with? The room was laid out poorly and it was just passably clean.
