1. unfortunately I have numerous more pictures depicting not only the bad but also the good points of this hotel but Tripadvisor will only permit fifty pictures to be posted.

2. unfortunately my select member preferences have not been found and I have ended up with the opposite of what I would prefer every trip when in fact my preferences were available (colleagues who were not members got those rooms).

4. The lobby was very nice, and the outdoor pool also looked enticing, though unfortunately it was too cold on our visit to go in.

5. unfortunately, the hotel was booked so we were not able to switch from a king size bed to double beds immediately, we would have to wait 1 hour and we decided to rough it out, glad we did because having 2 TV's and two separate rooms with children is very helpful.
