1. When you got back to the bus parking lot, the shuttle was not always available (in my case, never), and I ended up having to call a taxi, an added expense.

3. The card was taken so IF I did incur any of these expenses so they should not charge anyone's card until IF/WHEN they do.

6. I dont usually write hotel reviews but after a recent stay at a much more expensive hotel that did not even come CLOSE to matching the service and quality of the Omni, I decided that it was definitely worth the tie and effort.

7. Downsides were wifi not free - though not too expensive either - and absurdly priced bottles of premium mineral wayer scattered all over the room and even bathroom - $6 a small bottle, I seem to remember.

9. It is really cheap to buy the breakfast buffet when booking the reservations, and will be more expensive if you just buy at the hotel.
