5. Remember that more than a few folks who visit hotels are outright slobs who leave messy pool areas, rooms, lounges, treat the hotel employees like dirt - these I suspect are the chronic complainers.

6. I complained by certified letter to the Omni`s corporate office in Irving, TX, and only received a letter in reply.

7. When we complained, and asked for half of our money back (only half, because we considered the room to be one-half a bathroom and one-half a bedroom) they refunded our money in full - with one of the nicest apologies you could possibly imagine.
