4. The only complaint I had was that the business center was just a bunch of terminals in a phone booth type setting and there was no paper in the printer so I couldn't print out my boarding pass.

10. Our only complaint was that our son was not given his infant welcome kit upon arrival and that there were folks drinking beer in the hot tub (not exactly desirable when taking kids to the pool area as beer bottle could break).
