1. unfortunately, we didn't bring a printout of the e-mail, so we didn't push it (even though we saw we were right when we got home)> Even though we were on the 22nd floor, we still got the occasional 'city noise' wafting up to us through the single-glazed windows that could be more soundproof.

2. unfortunate since most are shining stars here, and the increasing few lemons really undermine the rest of the team, and the hotel.

3. unfortunately, the grounds were covered with the 'occupy philadlphia group tents' and undesirable people, so it was impossible to explore the complex as it didn't feel safe, especially at night.

6. It is unfortunate that the service I received was abysmal on the one day I went for breakfast, with no offering of coffee or juice refills, and not a single welcoming smile.

7. unfortunately the pool was over taken by a large group of people (child's party of some sort?) on Saturday evening, so we resorted to trying to watch a movie in our room instead.
