This is not the first time I am staying here, despite the consistently rude service ( some of the front desk people are incredibly curt and discourteous) and incredibly slow and inefficient housekeeping (It usually takes at least 3 phone calls downstairs and an hour for you to get extra towels, etc).

7. The rest of our stay was pleasant the rest of the staff were very helpful, but this rude initial reception was a shock at the start of our stay.

8. (Sal or Ray from room service was very rude on the phone, maybe he was overworked? Not very guest service friendly that's for sure beware of him, I definitely tried to be nice as he was preparing our food and all but he was absolutely rude).

9. How can the ultra-friendly people we encountered the weekend we stayed there change into surly, rude jerks the next? Maybe because the guests can also be surly, rude jerks? I'm just speculating.
