1. My only complaint would be the air conditioning; when it was on, you really felt it, and we couldn't find a comfortable range.

2. The only complaint I would have is that the corridor tends to be noisy outside the rooms, either due to the elevators making a lot of noise, or the aircon.

4. We had a flat screen TV, Shower was good, there is no refrigerator (my only real complaint), elevators were all working and were fast (unless you got a local).

I found someone's party invite in the bed (who knows what else is left on there), carpet was slightly spotty and feels dirty/moist, bathroom is okay (this is my biggest complaint)- service: staff service is only okay at best - I think these people can be more courteous and polite- housekeeping: I didn't get service my first day.
