The Good:-Prompt, delicious room service-Great location near numerous restaurants and theaters-Good Amenities/fixtures and furniture-Beautiful views-Nice television The mediocre:-Wireless Internet (you may need to pay for it and the quality is so-so)-There always seems to be a line for check in/check out and there's no designated HHonors lineThe Bad:-Room size is is normal for NYC standards.
