1. However, getting your room cleaned appears to be not so convenient - as it did not happen for us (and the do not disturb sign was not on the door).

2. Back to my room, I experienced a noise disturbance from the lifts that were adjacent to it and a lack of ammeneties in the bathroom that I had to request from housekeeping.

3. While one may say that we were lucky to even get some money back, the point is simply this should never had to happen, and even if the makeup are recovered, they can not be used again (sanitary issue, anyone?) I found this incident extremely disturbing, as the only people who had business going into the room were me, my husband, and the cleaning lady.

8. My 'Do Not disturb' sign was outside my door, so it was very upsetting that I kept on getting disturbed.
