1. We had been advised that this was no problem and on the first night our food was heated without any issue.

4. Minor issuesI didn't see any vending machines on my floor, might be an issue for those wanting a convenient snack or drink.

5. There is definitely street noise and sirens but we turn on the fan and it didn't bother us (a light sleeper would probably have been bothered); our neighbors were either extremely well-behaved or there really isn't an issue with noise between rooms.

6. While one may say that we were lucky to even get some money back, the point is simply this should never had to happen, and even if the makeup are recovered, they can not be used again (sanitary issue, anyone?) I found this incident extremely disturbing, as the only people who had business going into the room were me, my husband, and the cleaning lady.

8. I called the front desk to make them aware of the issue, however I was informed that there were no available King rooms.
