There were maintenence issues in the bathroom- a difficult shower handle, a fused bulb and a damaged toilet seat, but these were attended to on each occassion within minutes of my phone call by cheerful engineers and later followed up by a call from housekeeping asking if the job had been done to my satisfaction.

9. The room was clean and spacious (14th floor in the corner) but there was a large area (about 3 feet square) of the ceiling, right over the window (and the AC/Heating unit) that clearly had water damage, was sort of repaired but looked like it was ready to let loose at any time.
