5. NOT clean, not serviced, not maintained, not customer friendly, THE worst concierge food serving previous day's leftovers till over-fried overcooked hard and inedible, stained linens, stained towels, rooms are filthy and get a halfass cleaning if you can bear staying there for more than one night, and the pool is filthy unclear and many foreign objects along with hair and crap in there everywhere, elevators do not work, one pot of coffee is all they expect to make in a lobby that remains as cold as front desk staff.
