1. To clarify, the hotel is clean, but the inside of the windows in the rooms often are full of hand prints, and there are occasionally crumbs, dust and stains on the ledge near the window.

6. My only complaint would be that the hotel does look a little old and compared to the other Renaissance I have stayed at in the past, the cleanliness is not up to my expectations (the bed skirt cover looked a little discolored and there were markings and stains on some of the walls.

7. Not sure who (if anyone) cleans the rooms, but I had nuts on the floor (in front of the door) and stains on the (old style Marriott) bedding.

NOT clean, not serviced, not maintained, not customer friendly, THE worst concierge food serving previous day's leftovers till over-fried overcooked hard and inedible, stained linens, stained towels, rooms are filthy and get a halfass cleaning if you can bear staying there for more than one night, and the pool is filthy unclear and many foreign objects along with hair and crap in there everywhere, elevators do not work, one pot of coffee is all they expect to make in a lobby that remains as cold as front desk staff.
