1. Our only issue was the entrance to the hotel was a bit difficult to navigate the first time after dark.

3. No one admitted to speaking with me and I even pushed the issue by telling me that they have 24 transportation and vans onsite to pick up at all hours.

6. I was greeted very warmly, arrival gift was not an issue, and given a lovely suite (220) which had slightly worn carpet, but looked fresh and was very clean.

7. It is a decent speed, so no issues there, but I'm not used to having to pay for internet in a business hotel of this class.

10. It does have an older style TV, but to me that is not an issue (easier to flip through channels then the new flat screens).
