1. Concierge lounge was fine - I had no complaints there.

2. A few minor complaints: Car park seemed very dodgy, air con was too loud to sleep with, and the pool outside the balcony created a fair bit of noise in the morning with children swimming which isn't the best post-jetlag wake up call.

3. The only complaint would have to be the food, it just wasn't of a standard I would have expected from a Renaissance.

4. The hotel sent a generic follow up e-mail a few days after my stay (sent to many customers, not directed to me personally), I responded to the e-mail with my complaint and have yet to get a response.

5. The real complaint is that for a premium hotel I was surprised at the tired condition of the rooms, the lobby and restaurants.

7. If the rooms and bedding where as clean as the lobby, no problem, but this place is so dirty, I started to write a serious complaint to the Health Department.

9. Two complaints, one is they charge for internet in the rooms, nobody does that anymore.

10. My only complaint would be that the hotel does look a little old and compared to the other Renaissance I have stayed at in the past, the cleanliness is not up to my expectations (the bed skirt cover looked a little discolored and there were markings and stains on some of the walls.
