1. Room while maintained as best as possible has old decor, a 25 in tube TV which had a terrible picture and since my room was on the top floor there had been a roof leak and the repair job was obvious.

9. Some staff members are Excellent - very helpful while others are just terrible and couldn't care less so very inconsistent that way.

10. Overall, I am shocked by the terrible quality of the hotel and upset that my spouse and I had to suffer the terrible air quality, skin irritants, and filth, the after-effects of which are still bothering us.
