1. Our only staff complaint was the on-site restaurant employees who were surly at best and downright rude when we asked for silverware for our room after the front desk directed us to make the request.

2. Why let me order to begin with if not having a credit card on file is an issue? After I got into a argument on the phone with the front desk girl that was completely rude, I took the lid off of my meal only to find some mystery meat that they claimed was 'bacon.
