1. Biggest issue other than the dirt is that despite renovating much of the hotel, it seems they decided to leave the nasty old air/heat units in instead of replacing with modern ones.

3. The room is nice enough; quiet; bed is very comfortable; bathroom can use a scrub down and there was some dirt on the bed sheet, which I rubbed off with a damp towel.
