1. The hotel gym was very small, smelly and when I was there lacked basic amenities such as towels.

7. All of this left me with the impression that the hotel didn't have a cook in the morning and that a waitress had cooked up the buffet, and perhaps they were cooking the dinners as well- Front desk staff didn't know how to work the computer systems, adding to my sense that this hotel lacked trained staff, or staff in general.
