1. The bed was a little hard but not horribly so.

2. The noise was horrible, the room was vibrating when people would run on the treadmill, we would hear a big boom everytime someone dropped a weight on the floor.

3. Bathroom had peeling wallpaper, dirty grout and when we checked in the room all the drawers were open? I agree with another review, the pillows are horrible plus there was no refrigerator/microwave.

5. I checked in at the Holiday inn Historic District hotel late this morning, upon arrival we were issued horrible customer service, the front desk personnel did not greet us or asked why we were there.
