When I complained I was told the room had a European queen sized bed;-Electronic cable and parts were dumped in the hallway in a heap where they remained for my entire stay;-Mold on shower wall;-Replacement towel had a huge yellow stain on it;-On final day a hotel employee knocked on the door once and then attempted to enter the room fortunately the security device was in place; and-When I complained to Holiday Inn customer service, they responded with the usual drivel about how important I was as a member of their priority club.
