1. I hate to not give Hyatt my business, because I am a loyal member, but they need a refurb on the rooms, they need to work out some issues (wrong room from the get-go and the reoccuring key issue, the temperature issue and they need to change that internet fee to at least a per day thing, not a per device cost.

For those of you who don't mind being away from the hub-bub of downtown Philly, and travelling via taxi, car, or a few minutes walk to Old City or South Street (for bars, restaurants), or a little further walk, historic Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, then you can't go wrong with the Hyatt at Penn's Landing.
