1. I also found the hotel to lack amenities.

2. Our trash wasn't taken out, our air conditioner didn't function properly, the bathroom doors had a large gap in between for a severe lack of privacy, etc.

3. Now, I understand that at a 4* hotel I'm going to be nickeled and dimed to death (crazy parking fees, expensive oatmeal, and no free Internet to be found on the whole property), but what I didn't expect was lack luster accommodations and service.
