4. It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station (normally not a big deal, but it was a hassle on a 101 degree day when I was carrying a suitcase), and there's nowhere nearby for a quick breakfast or coffee if you don't want them from the hotel.

10. Good location, nearby to interesting area of Philadelphia, didn't fancy the high parking rate for this hotel, you could save money by parking nearby without too much hassle if you don't need valet marketing.
