1. Many people complained but it appears that the situation could not be resolved.

3. Now, I probably could've called in the middle of the night and complained, and maybe myself, my wife, and our 8-month-old could've packed up all of our belongings and moved for the other night of our stay, but at a 4* Hyatt for $200+/nt, this should never be necessary.
