1. We were effectively told that the hotel was not willing to make any amends - our being situated next to noisy, disruptive people was our problem, not the hotel's.

4. my room was nice and clean but really loud at night due to unruly guests down the hall, what sounded to be drag racing on the street below, and noisy pipes.
