1. I was near the elevator but never had a problem with noise.

6. Visitor must park in the street which can be a problem because of the restricted parking rules in Philadelphia, but there is a parking garage at the hotel for visitors.

7. A call downstairs, a very nice man from maintenance comes up in a hurry, looks at it, explains the problem and says there is nothing he can do.

8. The waiting was not too much of a problem, but we thought they might offer us a drink at the bar or even a discount since we would have to wait an hour, but that was just scoffed at when suggested.
