3. If you look closely though you could see that there are some places that could use some fresh paint etc, I suspect this is the reason it's a priceline hotel, but still, it wsn't a big deal.

4. It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station (normally not a big deal, but it was a hassle on a 101 degree day when I was carrying a suitcase), and there's nowhere nearby for a quick breakfast or coffee if you don't want them from the hotel.

5. In general I do not think details are a big deal here as in addition to the dust bunny issue I found a half used bottle of shampoo in the bathroom.
