3. I don't understand why the Hyatt has signs everywhere asking their guests to be courteous and to keep the noise down when all I heard was yelling and screaming from either the kids partying or the children running & screaming.

4. Once inside the room we noticed that the doors to the bathroom were 2 french doors that didn't even close all the way, there was a thick opening so you could hear and see into it, also our toilet wasn't bolted down properly so everytime I went to sit down to pee it would move or make a huge noise as if it was going to come apart.

5. Now when we got to our room we were disappointed with the fact that it was right outside of the elevator lobby so we would be hearing all the noise & interaction going to & from the elevator.

6. The doors do nothing to block the hall noise and there were a number of parents in the hotel that thought the halls were an extension of their rooms so the children ran wild in the halls.

7. The room was on the side so it was near the highway so we got a lot of noise from the truck traffic (and we were on the 17 th fl)Sheets are poor quality-flimsy- and literally had holes in them.

8. Ususally we have problems with noise of children or housekeeping but not here, we were able to sleep in each morning.
