of higher-end hotels like this is that everyone- from the moment you pull up to the front doors- has their hand out for a tip for extra services that you don't need.

we had was trying to bring a wonderful bottle of Pinot Noir into Keating's.

would be parking cost and the fact that there's a major freeway between the hotel and downtown Philly.

was that in the morning I discovered that the bathroom ceiling was leaking, so there was water all over the floor, the management responded in a very professional and accommodating way.

I can point out is that although the hotel is near Philadelphia's historic center, some of the area between the hotel and there is not the most safe area.
