1. Understaffed, hair dryer didn't work, shower was cold, room smelled musty, pool chairs were very uncomfortable, pool towels were tiny and worn out.

5. good location but hotel run down no staff to help with luggage comming or going basic rooms with very noisy air con and noisy fridges through the night tiles missing in lift children could easy cut their feet carpets well worn dirty walls wont be going again.

9. The interior of the complex reminded me of a jail wing, all the outdoor areas looked tatty and in need of a good clean the chairs and tables around the pool were battered and worn.
