6. when we arrived we were given a room in the tower on the 14th fl it was so depressing, dark and dingy and when we enter the room it was even worstso i went back to the front desk to tell them that i wasnt happy with the room and wanted to get changed, the guy on the front desk PEDRO said ok he could put us on the 3rd floor back in the tower when iasked pedro if we could get room closer to the main building he said that the room in the tower was a romodel room and that the other rooms were no good.

7. We can confirm all the other reviews, this hotel was appalling:Badly arranged - seperate block of rooms with dark and dingy car parkStaff issues - they obviously hated each other and working there.
